The New U.S. Consul General to Erbil meets with Gorran |

The new U.S. Consul General to Erbil, Steven Fagin and his accompanying delegation visited on Sunday, August 12, 2018 the main headquarters of the Change Movement( Gorran) in Sulaimani.
The US diplomats were received by Omer Sayid Ali, the General Coordinator of the Change Movement and several members from the diplomatic and political rooms.
In a Meeting, Mr. Oner Sayid Ali congratulated the new U.S. Consul General to Erbil, Steven Fagin on his new assignment and reiterated that, as Gorran, they reject the results of the Iraqi Parliamentary elections and have taken special measures to address this issue.
Preparations for the upcoming the Kurdistan Region elections, lack of public services and the people's resentment were another topic of the meeting. |
