We undermined efforts to form next Iraqi Government, says former parliament speaker
The former speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament, Dr. Yousif Mohammed, said that the attempts of Kurdish parties objecting to the results of the Iraqi Council of Representatives have undermined talks to form the next Iraqi government, pointing out that they were the first to talk about the stealing of votes and alter the election results.
In an interview with the Turkish agency "Anadolu ", the former speaker of Kurdistan Parliament, Dr. Yusuf Mohamed, said that the demands of the six Kurdish parties (Change Movement, Kurdistan Islamic Group, Kurdistan Islamic Union, Kurdistan Islamic Movement, Kurdistan Communist Party, Coalition for democracy and justice) by returning votes to correct the course of the electoral process, became the demands of all Iraqi political parties, on this basis the "legislative authority" and "executive authority" followed up the matter.
. "There is evidence that there were big frauds in the recent parliamentary elections that took place on the 12th of last month. We were the first party to talk about the theft of votes and the distortion of the election results." he added.
He accused the Electoral Commission to rigging the votes of voters in the Kurdistan Region, pointing out that the movement of change and the five Kurdish parties rejecting the results of the election will not be forgive those who forged votes of voters.
