Gorran responds to Turkish Foreign Minister claims 

The Change Movement (Gorran) issued on Saturday (July 7) a statement responding to the claims by Turkish Foreign Minister about the Gorran’s support for the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).
"The movement of change has not concealed its support for the Kurds outside the Kurdistan Region and Iraq on many occasions. The late Nawshirwan Mustafa  already said  that the movement  supports the Kurds outside the region and Iraq to guarantee national and cultural rights in the light of human rights, international laws and the Charter of the United Nations. The movement is a  political , unarmed and civil power,  it works in dealing with problems through dialogue and civil struggle away from violence. " the statement reads.

The statement  accused Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu of discriminating between Sulaimani and Erbil by allowing flights to Erbil while imposing a travel ban on the Sulaimani International Airport.
Such claims by Cavusoglu is an excuse  to sideline from peaceful resolution of the issues and it leads to deteriorating the problem, it added.
