4: Armed forces, security service (Asayesh) and the intelligence service, play the most important and fearsome role in any country and in any political force. They play the most important role when they defend the homeland and the political force and maintain security for the the people and they play the most fearsome role when they become a militia force to oppress the people, a hidden force for the party to restrict, a mean to inflict fear, interfering in the political map and cleansing the rivalry and internal differences. Despite the sacrifices of the majority of security and army officials and their cadres in Kurdistan region in the last 18 years, a reality that we can not ignore is the that Kurdistan security system, is a undemocratic, unclear and uncivil system. The security forces instead of being loyal to their homeland they are loyal to their political parties and within the party for a particular secretive group and within that group they are loyal to a particular powerful individual. Until now the distribution of the security forces is based on their tribes, regions and a particular person. Gorran List is of the belief that affection for the homeland, creation of national force and national security is not achieved by risks, shouting and and dishing out accusation and scaring the political forces. But it needs a fundamental change in the armed forces and the security forces systems. It needs to retrain these organs and forces so they can become a force defending the nation, the civil society and constitutional government and the democratic system. In order to this, these forces need to be cleansed from any political party loyalty, regional, tribal and personal loyalty. Otherwise the future of the national force in Kurdistan region will be at risk of being irrelevant and creation of uncivilized regions, because this layer of security that has been maintained by the concerned people and the alertness of the majority of the security forces, won't last for ever and in near future we will be tested by a real threat which will harm everyone. It will harm our experiment and even the future of these political forces that have their own militia, security intelligence forces, arsenal of weapons.
